This policy explains what personal data Arka Aegis ("we") collects through arkaaegis.com, why, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect, and why
Early access and contact form
Name, email, organisation (optional), the module you are interested in and your message. We use these to reply to you and send early-access updates about that module.
DPDP readiness scan
Your answers are scored in your browser. Your headline score is shown without asking for any details. If you choose to unlock your full roadmap, we collect your name, work email, organisation, phone (optional), organisation size, and your scores. We use these to follow up about your scan and share early-access updates.
Arka Kids
We collect no personal data on Arka Kids. It has no sign-up, no forms and no trackers.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given through the checkbox on each form, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. The scan saves your progress in your own browser's local storage so you can resume; this stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you finish or clear your browser data.
Who processes data for us
Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf. Form notifications are delivered to our email service provider. These providers may process data outside India. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and scan data: up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer terms apply.
Your rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct, complete or update it
- Ask us to erase it
- Withdraw consent
- Raise a grievance
- Nominate someone to act for you in the event of death or incapacity
Write to contact@arkaaegis.com. We aim to respond within 7 days, and always within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with modern security headers. Access to form submissions is restricted to Arka Aegis.
Children
Our business tools are for organisations, not children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, say so on the home page.
